Training Classes
Our standard Muay Thai classes provide instruction and drills set in a group training structure.
Based on the session that day, students will often be paired up with other students at relative skill level or sometimes work individually.
Training sessions throughout the week typically include:
- Cardio warm up
- Heavy bag rounds
- Thai pad rounds
- Partner drills
- Offense & defense drills
- Clinch development
- Strength work
New to Muay Thai?
New to Muay Thai with no prior experience or limited experience?
Great! No problem.
New members with no or limited experience start in our Intro to Muay Thai Program.
Our Intro to Muay Thai Program is a step by step development program that begins with fundamentals and basics of Muay Thai allowing you to work at your own pace for development and acclimate to training.
New students in our Intro to Muay Thai Program typically train for 1 class per day up to 2 or 3 x per week.
Have Muay Thai Experience?
Have prior experience or a seasoned Muay Thai athlete?
Great! Let’s discuss your experience, complete a few basic training sessions and get you started in the right classes.
Seasoned and experienced members that have acclimated to training often will typically train back to back classes and 3 to 4 x per week.
